Vinod Somareddy (DPT) was the guest speaker at the October 21st meeting of the Garden City Ski Club in New Hyde Park. It was a lively, pre-season discussion on effective conditioning to cut down on injuries. It was a repeat visit for Vinod, who enjoyed speaking to Club members last Spring.
